Drama

Drama is a well-established subject on the curriculum at Sawston. The slant is on participation, support and trust in the Drama Department. Nobody is excluded because of an apparent or imagined lack of talent but everybody is expected to have a go, to take part and to develop their social and personal skills. It's a thoroughly rewarding subject for staff and pupils and a rapidly expanding one too. Trips are organised to local and nationwide theatres to see appropriate productions and theatre companies come in to the school to provide workshops and give performances of relevant plays.

Drama Club

Drama Club operates every day for Key Stage Three pupils in the Drama Studio from 1:30 pm to 2 pm as follows:

Year 7: Monday or Wednesday

Year 8: Tuesday or Thursday

Year 9: Friday
