Physical Education

Sawston Village College has recently regained the Sportsmark Award which means that we are nationally recognised for our excellent physical education and sports provision.

We have five specialist physical educationalists which means that we can not only provide an extensive extra curricular programme but we can achieve the following additional objectives:-

  • to deliver a safe, balanced and wide curriculum
  • to promote enjoyment as an important factor
  • to encourage and promote personal and social development
  • to prepare students for recreation and leisure.
