Mathematics Department: FAQs
Can you choose to study GCSE Statistics?
No it is not an options choice. Only top set pupils in years 10 and 11 study GCSE statistics due to the demands of the course which runs in the time of ‘normal’ maths.
What can I do if my child doesn’t understand their homework task?
They should either see their Maths teacher at break/lunch to ask for help, or attend homework Club which runs every night after school except Friday in the Library.
